Jiu-Jitsu as Therapy
Jiu-Jitsu therapy helps individuals:

Build confidence, resilience, and self-trust
Many participants who train consistently for a year or more report significant improvements in emotional stability, confidence, and overall quality of life—allowing them to truly live stronger.

Scholarships may cover full or partial training costs and are awarded based on need, commitment, and alignment with our mission.

Corporate and workplace safety training
Traveling employee safety programs
Cub Scouts and youth organizations
K–12 Jiu-Jitsu and self-defense curriculum
Monthly Parks & Recreation classes (City of Milton)
Women's self-defense workshops
Our instruction emphasizes awareness, prevention, de-escalation, and physical defense—taught by certified, trauma-informed instructors.
The Mighty Hands Foundation serves vulnerable communities both locally and globally.
Our mission trips combine:
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu seminars and workshops
Training local instructors and leaders
Community service projects such as building, food distribution, and aid
Long-term relationship building
Our first international mission is being planned following a site survey in Ukraine, where we aim to support communities impacted by conflict through training, service, and hope.
